She’s Melanesian, not African, their population has about a 59% Blonde hair rate.

Yo, sbjammin: You know that pale hair, skin, and eyes were all organically occurring genetic mutations and that the people on earth with the fewest collective genetic mutations (therefor the genetically ‘oldest’ populations) are the Sandawe and Hadza people, right? That at one time, all humans that existed on earth had genetics similar to theirs and that all genetic variance came from such populations and proliferated based on environmental fitness of the mutations?

(TL;DR - your presumption that someone outside of the population had to introduce a blond hair gene is flawed)

Ummm I think she is Aboriginal. They were at some point trying to ‘Breed out’ Aboriginals.
